APR has designed an alternative drive system for your Toyota 4.0L that increases performance and has factory styling.

The 2.85 inch pulley in most cases can produce an extra 15 HP. This pulley does not require the modification of the superchargers snout. It is a direct replacement for the original pulley and utilizes the factory supercharger belt. Typical boost gains are around 1-1.5 PSI. Standard F1 through F4 maps are compatible and are available from our web site.

The 2.7 inch pulley will boost your performance by about 30 HP. Due to the inside diameter of this pulley, it will requires the machining of the superchargers snout. APR provides a "2.7 inch pulley kit" that includes the machining the snout, new solid drive coupler installed, sealant and the required amount of supercharger oil. APR can also provide a complete supercharger turnaround service as well. Typical boost gains are around 3-4 PSI.

Fuel upgrades are required with the 2.7" pulley as well, the factory supercharger injectors can not supply enough fuel for this particular setup. APR's E85 injectors or the 7th injector kit are the perfect upgrade for the 2.7 inch pulley. Standard F4 and F5 maps are compatable with this setup, they are available from our web site as well.
